The N Seoul Tower official site currently lists observatory admission at ₩29,000 for adults and ₩23,000 for children/seniors. Agoda pricing changes by date and product. ICHIAGODA can reduce an eligible Activities booking by up to about US$10, but the exact live checkout decides whether Agoda is actually the better deal.
What exactly are you buying at N Seoul Tower?
The tower complex and the paid observatory are not the same thing. You can reach Namsan and spend time around the tower plaza without buying an observatory ticket, while the paid ticket is for the observation deck experience.
The official site currently describes a 360-degree panoramic view from the observatory, which sits roughly 400 meters above sea level. If the view from inside the tower is the reason you are going, buy observatory admission. If you mainly want Namsan, the plaza, photos and the atmosphere around the base, decide whether you actually need the paid deck.
Observatory-only or cable-car package?

The official N Seoul Tower site currently lists the Namsan Cable Car separately at ₩15,000 adult round-trip and ₩12,000 adult one-way. That is why I would never assume “N Seoul Tower ticket” automatically includes the cable car. Agoda also currently lists products where a cable-car component is packaged separately from observatory-only admission.
How to get to the Namsan Cable Car
If you choose the cable car, the N Seoul Tower official directions say to exit Myeong-dong Station (Line 4), Exit 3, then walk roughly 10–15 minutes toward the cable-car boarding area. The official cable-car page currently lists operating hours of 10:00–23:00, subject to weather and operating schedules.
The free Namsan Ormi inclined elevator connects the area near Namsan Tunnel No. 3 to the cable-car area. Its official schedule currently runs 09:00–23:00, with a Monday maintenance suspension from 09:00–14:00 and possible weather-related suspension.

What time should you visit?
There is no single best time. Choose based on the view you want:
Better when identifying the city layout matters more than night lights. Weather and visibility still control the view.
Best when you want daylight, sunset color and city lights in one visit. Expect this to be a popular time, especially on clear weekends.
Best for the illuminated skyline. Protect enough time for the ride or walk up Namsan and the final admission cutoff.
A clear day can be more valuable than forcing the tower into a fixed rainy or low-visibility slot. The official site warns that operations can change because of weather.
Official ticket or Agoda Activities?
The official route is simple: N Seoul Tower says the observatory does not require advance reservation and same-day tickets are sold at Tower 1F and Plaza 5F. Agoda is useful when its selected-date price or package is better and the voucher conditions are acceptable.
